R.A.D.

The R.A.D. system is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. This women's-only course begins with Awareness, Prevention, Risk Reduction and Risk Avoidance, while progressing on to basics of hands-on defense training. Mothers and daughters are welcome, high school and college-bound girls are also encouraged to sign up.

Registration

To register for this course, please download and complete the Application and Consent forms (PDF) and return to the Police Department along with a fee of $25. Class size is limited to 20-25 women.

November 2019 Classes (PDF):
The Wilbraham Police Department will be holding a R.A.D. Womens Self Defense class for ages 13 and above. The class starts Tuesday November 5th, 2019, and will run 3 consecutive Tuesday evenings(Except for the 13th, which is a Wednesday)  at the Gardens of Wilbraham community room, 2301 Boston Road Wilbraham. R.A.D.: Rape Aggression Defense Systems
