R.A.D. Women's Self Defense Course

The Wilbraham Police Department, in partnership with Baila Comigo Dance Studios will be providing a course designed at teaching basic women’s self defense

The Cornerstone of R.A.D. Systems is education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities. Classes range from a minimum of nine to twelve hours plus in length, depending on the instructors and class sizes.

When: 4 Consecutive Fridays Beginning on November 8thth, 2013 from 6-9pm, ending November 29th, 2013

Where: Baila Comigo Dance Studio, 2701 Boston Road Wilbraham

Cost: 25.00 Per Student for the entire session. Payment is due in full on first day of class. Please make checks payable to the Wilbraham Police Department RAD program.

Class Size is limited to 14 participants.
