Street will be closed to thru traffic from October 23, 2017 until
November 10, 2017 between the hours of 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to
facilitate the demolition of 2451 Boston Road. The iconic building
known as Belli’s, The Ground Round and most recently Dorothy and
Leroy’s will finally succumb to the wrecking ball after being
vacant for almost two decades. The structure was built in the 20’s
and was the “place to be” in the 40’s and 50’s. The corner of
Boston Road and Forest Street will look very different once the large
structure is removed and cleared of all debris.
