Dear Resident,

Due to the stretch of below freezing temperatures, your service line (Water line running from main line to house) is susceptible to freezing up. To prevent this from happening we suggest running any sink a pencils width stream at all times until the extreme cold weather subsides. 

Also, any meters and copper piping enclosed in cabinets, under stairways, in crawl spaces, etc. should be opened up to allow the circulation of natural heat.
