Overview
The Wilbraham Housing Authority operates under the direction of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development.
Wilbraham Town By-Laws under Article III Section 309 establish the authority as a five-member board of which four members shall be elected by the Town for staggered terms of five years, and one member shall be appointed by the governor for a term of five years.
