Voting / Elections Information
Registering to Vote
The town clerk supervises voter registration in the Town of Wilbraham. To register to vote, change your party affiliation or change your address, visit the town clerk’s office at town hall or the Secretary of State’s Election Division. All voter registration must be done by mail, online or in person. Remember – when you move your voter registration does not move with you. Make sure you register to vote at your new location or in person.
Vote By Mail
Voters who are unable to vote on Election Day because of physical disabilities, religious beliefs, COVID-19 related precautions (just for elections in 2020), or absence from the Town may vote by mail. An application to vote by mail may be obtained from the Wilbraham Town Clerk’s office, or from the Secretary of State. These applications may then be submitted in person, or mail, or emailed to email@example.com. The deadline to request a ballot by mail must be received by 5 p.m. on the 4th business day before an election. For Tuesday elections, this would mean by 5 p.m. the Wednesday before the election. The deadline to request an absentee ballot in person at the Clerk’s office is by 12 p.m. one business day before an election.
For more information concerning voting or to find your election information, visit Secretary of State of the Commonwealth.***
